The manufacturing bases in the United States have weakened so much over the years at the time of the President :George W. Bush ; economic policy & encouragement to provide tax credits for the companies that moved out to other countries and outsourced the employment . In the eight years of the administration of the republican President : George W. Bush ; more and more companies moved out their operations to overseas and have resulted in the loss of so many of the millions of the American workers . They have to deal with the job training in other kind of fields to accommodate with the changing economy . With the war efforts that has been going on since the Republican President : George W. Bush ; and his administrations have drained our countries financial coffers ; taken out and channeled the domestic programs into the funds for the war fund chest proved it over the years that , it is a disasters for the Americans in not only economically ; the country have to spend billions and billions for the war funds that needed and borrowed from other countries heavily with the " I OWE YOU --NOTES " . As a result ; China has become one of the largest creditors nation in the world because we have to borrow from China ; with the money the Chinese have it from the trade in-balances with the United States . Just as it is mentioned by the : Young Trade Unionist in this article ; the United States must rebuild the U.S. manufacturing bases ; with the legislation and support from both democrats and the republicans working together for the good of the country from sinking deeper into the financial disasters in the next decades or so .
was born in 1950 , the 5th.of the 7th.sibling in the family of the parents--Mr.Seik Woo ( alias ) U Sein Oo & Wong Khoon Yein ; of Myitkyina ( Kachin State / Burma). Attended the # 1. State high School and graduated in 1968 and was admitted to the Institute of Agriculture ( Mandalay/ Burma ) and attended there for 4 years until 1972 and later dropped out to pursue the family business .
Left the country in 1979 and immigrated to the United States with the family . Was married to wife ; Patricia Kyi in 1977 before being relocated to the United States and a year later ; she joined her husband and settled down in the City of La Puente ; later on moved to the City of Montebello ; in Los Angeles ( California ). The married couple lived there for a little more than a year and later moved to their present home in the City of Rosemead in 1983 to their newly purchased home .
In 1983 of October ; the Oldest daughter was born and an addition to her ; in 1989 ---her brother was born .
